V.C. Agerwal is CEO (Operations) at Moser Baer Photovoltaic India Ltd, a
fully owned subsidiary of Moser Baer India Ltd.
He oversees all operational areas and is instrumental in growing the PV
business.
He has been associated with the company since 2002. He played a crucial
role in setting up the newest and largest manufacturing facility of
Moser Baer, dedicated to the manufacturing of optical media.
Prior to joining Moser Baer, Mr Agerwal was working with the SK Birla
Group. During his 13-year-long tenure with that company, he played a
pivotal role in setting up a greenfield unit for the manufacture of
polymer co-extrudents, a tech-intensive field at that time.
V.C. Agerwal has been associated with the manufacturing industry for
over three decades now and has worked in Godrej and Polar, spearheading
the setting up of new greenfield projects in those groups as well.
He is a graduate from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics,
Mumbai. He followed that degree up with another in Chartered Accountancy
from AF Ferguson College in 1974.
V.C. Agerwal is a voracious reader, and loves spending weekends at home,
browsing through books related to philosophy and religion. |
