As we consider employees to be one of the most significant stakeholder for a company, it has become more important than ever for employees to engage within their communities along-with attending to their job responsibilities.

The employees at Moser Baer have been active participants in all its CSR initiatives. Some of the ways in which our employees have been volunteering towards meeting community needs are:

Project Udaan: Our employees are actively volunteering to record UDAAN Talking Books .Three in house recording studios have been established at our Head Office and manufacturing locations where our employees record school text books for blind children.

Donation Drives: Employees have been voluntarily coming forward on a regular basis to pledge their eyes and donate blood, whenever such campaigns are organized , so that they can give back to society in a small but significant way.

Mobilisation of Resources for Balwadi and Taleem Literacy Centres: Our employee volunteers have been playing an active role in mobilizing resources in kind and cash for various activities of the Moser Baser Trust as well as for other NGOs. Employees regularly donate books, toys, study material, woolen clothing etc. for helping out those who are less privileged among us.

Linking Employees with NGOs: CSR Department provides linkages to Employee volunteers and their family members to associate and work with the NGOs in their area of interest or expertise. This ensures a win-win situation for both our employee volunteer and the needy NGO
